Welcome to the MAG Airports Community Fund Application Portal. From here you will be able to register your organisation and apply for one of our grants.

Our funds all welcome applications for 'tangible items of lasting benefit to the community' and do not cover running costs, hire, rent, training costs, salaries or other consumables. Schools are not eligible to apply for any of our funds unless they can evidence that there is benefit to the wider community (i.e. those who do not attend the school).

Each of our Airports has its own unique Community Fund, please click on an airport below for further information.

London Stansted Airport

The London Stansted Airport Community Fund is dedicated to bringing lasting benefit to those areas most affected by the airport’s operations.  If your organisation is within our Area of Benefit you can apply for either of the two different funds offered by London Stansted Airport. 

• Community Grant which provides grants up to £5,000 for tangible items of lasting benefit, such as equipment and furniture. This fund cannot pay for running costs, consumables, salaries, rent, maintenance. 
• Flagship Award which offers grants of up to £50,000 for larger, capital projects

Manchester Airport

The Manchester Airport Community Trust Fund is a charity dedicated to bringing lasting benefit to those areas most affected by the airport’s operations, have a look at our Area of Benefit to see if your group is within the boundary.

Each year Manchester Airports Group contributes £100,000 to the Fund; any fines levied at aircraft that have breached our stringent noise limits are also paid into the Fund. These funds are then used to support neighbourhood and community projects throughout the area.

Any group within the Area of Benefit can apply for grants of up to £3000 for tangible items of lasting benefit to the community, for example equipment or furniture. This fund cannot pay for running costs, consumables, salaries, rent or maintenance.
